Movies in the Square returns for another summer offering a variety of family-friendly favourites.
Taking place on select Fridays throughout the summer and beginning at 9 p.m., families, friends, and movie fans are invited to bring a lawn chair (and blankets if cool) and cozy up for a drive-in experience minus the car. If it rains, the movies will be shown inside City Hall’s Atrium.

National Aboriginal Day, observed annually on June 21, is a day when Canadians from all walks of life come together to celebrate the rich culture, unique heritage and notable achievements of First Nations, Métis and Inuit Peoples of Canada.
John Galt Day is Guelph’s civic holiday and a chance for the community to celebrate its city. On Saturday, July 30, the public is invited to enjoy interactive entertainment, face painting, children’s activities, and water play in front of City Hall from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Market Square water feature is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. and will remain open throughout activities and events rain or shine.
