There will be two more morning and afternoon GO trains during peak travel times between Kitchener and Toronto starting September 6th.
The increased GO train service is actually an extension of 2 existing GO trains that currently end in Georgetown. One of these trains will be an Express that will skip several stations which will reduce the travel time between Kitchener and Toronto.
Currently, there are two trains from the Kitchener station in the morning. The 5:49 a.m. train arrives at Toronto Union Station at 7:52 a.m and the 7:10 a.m. train arrives at 9:13 a.m. Two return trains depart from Toronto at 4:50 p.m. and 5:40 p.m., arriving at the Kitchener station at 6:57 p.m. and 7:57 p.m

Two of these trips, one going toward Union at 6:04 a.m; and one going toward Kitchener at 4:50 p.m., will be express to and from Bramalea Go Station shaving around 12 minutes off the all stops schedule.
